This is where I record my current thoughts and research ideas. My key areas of interest are (1) understanding the community value of infrastructure and how it is changing, (2) futures and foresight more generally (how to think about the future and recognise emerging trends); and (3) what needs to change as we move from the older economics of scarcity into the new economics of abundance. In each area, my main aim is to find tools that will help practitioners apply these new ideas in their infrastructure decision making.
